Service Description
Get fit, have fun, and enjoy the great outdoors with our dynamic bootcamp classes held at the beach and in local parks! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our sessions are designed to challenge your body, boost your energy, and help you crush your fitness goals. We offer several classes each week to fit your schedule: - Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 AM & 7:00 AM - Saturday: 7:30 AM (*2 Saturdays per Month) Each one-hour session combines strength training, endurance, and flexibility exercises using functional bodyweight movements and creative circuit-style formats. With the sand under your feet or the fresh grass of the park as your training ground, every workout feels fresh, exciting, and energizing. Our classes are open to all fitness levels, offering personalized coaching, a supportive community, and an environment that makes working out enjoyable. Join us today!
