As a hybrid trainer, I understand how challenging it can be to stay consistent with a hectic schedule. In-person sessions focus on building strength, improving mobility, and staying motivated, while online coaching offers the freedom to train anytime, anywhere with personalized workouts, accountability, and ongoing support. Bootcamp classes add a fun, motivating group environment that builds camaraderie while pushing you to work harder.
To support long-term success, I also offer customized meal plans with tracking to help you stay aligned with your nutrition goals. With proven experience, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed, my mission is to make fitness realistic, sustainable, and achievable—no matter how busy life gets.

I was at a point in my life that I needed to make a change and create long‑lasting habits. I had attended Charity's boot camps years ago and enjoyed those at the time, and I appreciated her coaching style. In our initial call, she made it clear that I would have to follow the plan and trust the process. The app that she uses was very easy to follow and provided my plan every day of the six weeks.
In my busy family life with two teenagers and a demanding job, I did not have much time for exercise or going to the gym.
